I absolutley love my ride with the Teins...BUT I was at SPL this weekend and a guy that works there with Kuah told me that the SPL coilovers are even a little less bouncy that the Teins (on the stiff setting). So thoese may be even better, but I'm a very satisfied customer anyways with my Teins. Here is something I told someone else a while back when they asked kind of the same question you are asking.

As for suspension pieces I buy everything from Kuah at SPL. He's a good guy and the quality is very nice. Hope this helps!
